Working with a coach during your job search can be very beneficial. A coach can help you understand what it is that you want to do for the next phase of your career and how to get there. She/he can assist you with your resume, review the intricacies of networking, prepare you for interviews, and help you analyze an offer, among other things. If you would like to engage a coach, please send a request to the Transition Assistance mailbox: transitionassistance@deloitte.com.
Here’s what former clients are saying about their experiences with a coach:
"My coach was great. I couldn't have gone through this transition without her. From the beginning she listened to my concerns about entering the market, helped me with my resume, discussed with me a networking strategy, helped me prep for interviews, talked me off the cliff at times and helped me negotiate the job offer I ended up accepting. I accepted an equal level position with a smaller company and higher salary. I'm very happy about the opportunity and really want to express my gratitude to my coach. Thank you so much." Manager, Deloitte Services
